Joy has worked with individuals and groups for the past 18 years in the areas of meditation, creativity, stress reduction and holistic spirituality. She has worked in the US, Canada, Germany and El Salvador, and coaches clients from around the world.

She holds a BA in Psychology, a BFA in Writing, and is an award-winning poet, a Yoga Nidra leader, and Reiki practitioner. She is a CoachU graduate and has worked as a professional coach since 1999. She lived for many years on the west coast of Canada and now makes her home in the Washington DC area.
